A short time later I spilled milk on it.
Because I am not allowed to have nice things.
Clean + Green told me that there is a plant based and pet friendly Clean + Green Furniture Refresher. I tested Green + Green Dog Urine Odor and Stain Remover and liked it. If Green+ Green can make a more pet friendly fabric refresher that works just like my I-have-no-idea-what-is-exactly-in-my-odor-eliminator fabric freshener then I’ve knocked one more gray area product off my shopping list.
Wouldn’t you know it, a couple of days before my free sample arrived; I spilled a craft beer on the sofa because I have a spillage problem. I cleaned it up as quickly as I could but not quickly enough to keep the sofa smelling like a stale brewery the next day.
Why does our sofa smell like Great Lakes Brewing Company?
I sprayed Clean + Green Furniture Refresher on the sofa cushion. The first thing I noticed is that it doesn’t have the overly sweet smell of my other fabric refresher (especially the store brand.) I let the Clean + Green Furniture Refresher dry. Then I buried my nose in the sofa and took a big whiff. (The things I do for product reviews.)
Clean + Green Furniture Refresher ingredients are cane sugar derivatives, a proprietary blend of botanical extracts, hydrated cellulose, purified water and a natural aerosol
I think I just found myself a new pet and planet friendly fabric refresher.
