My Top 10 Project Posts of 2011

Happy New Year! 2011 was a busy, busy blogging year. I went to my first Blissdom conference. This year I am going to be one of the Blissdom Newcomer Community Leaders! Please come! (More on that in a later post.)

Ogre Swords and Ninja Star Warriors

After that, I made a little trip to Indy to visit the fine folks at the Delta Faucet Company.

In between the jaunting all over the country, I’ve been Green DIY Diva’ing around the house. It seems you like that too. Here are my top 10 most popular projects (as determined by the mystic analytics algorithms) of 2011 in no particular order.

I think organizing your house is the biggest bang for your DIY buck! Or lack there of because it’s usually a no cost project if you find a bunch of items to repurpose during your tidy up time.

Hands up! Who likes crates?

This project made me fall in love with the vanity I wanted to replace.

Canister sets aren't just for kitchens!

My daily shower cleaner is all over Pinterest. I guess many of you share my joy (not really) in cleaning the tub and shower.
Easy and inexpensive!

How to Make Lavender Essential Oil

I used lavender from my garden.

My reupholstered sofa tutorial was popular no doubt, because it featured Blitzkrieg, the real star of this blog.

Hi fans!

Or the sofa thing might have been poplar because many of you like sewing. Or got an iPad and didn’t want to pay out of the nose for a case and stand.

This stand works for both the iPad 1 and 2.

Or want a bunch of comfy summer skirts. I transitioned these pieces into fall by pairing them with tights, boots, and sweaters. So cute!

As comfy as sweats and looks less schleppy.

This one was a little surprising. I knew I was onto something when my mom grilled me about insulating my garage door shortly after this post went up. I didn’t expect insulation to be so popular.

It's amazing how much of a difference this makes in the temperature of the garage!

That’s my Top 10 Project Posts of 2011. What type of things do you want to see on Condo Blues in 2012?
