I'm in rehearsal for a show (all things being equal given the current health climate.) I'm hard at work breaking in my new character shoes!
This is an immediately slapped shoes on my feet after opening the box
photo. You are supposed to wear thick socks which makes them more
comfortable.
I quickly learned why the Dutch call clogs klompin.
The shop in the Netherlands was fantastic making sure I had the correct size
shoe and accessories needed to comfortably wear my klompin and gave me
information how to care for them. Klompin are supposed to keep your feet cool
during the summer, warm during the winter, and great when walking in mud. I'll
be able to test that during the long run of my outdoor show.
I haven't worn clogs in years (or actual shoes for that matter since Covid started.) It's taking me a little bit of time to relearn the art of walking in clogs.
Let's get this party started! Time to link up your favorite projects, recipes, and posts!
