Step by Step How to Make it
1. Use the tag shaped paper punch to punch two tags from card stock and one tag from the decorative paper.
2. Use the large circle punch to punch an offset circle in one of the card stock tag shapes.
3. Use the glue stick to make a scrapbook paper sandwich tag. Glue the wrapping paper to the solid card stock tag shape and glue the half circle tag shape over the wrapping paper layer.
